By placing an order with SPC Fashion Art or using any feature of this website you agree to the terms below. These terms exist to keep our partnership fair, transparent and predictable. Please read them carefully before transacting.
1. About Us
SPC Fashion Art (Shree Parshavnath Creations) is a Delhi-based bangle manufacturer and exporter operating since 1890. We design, manufacture and ship bangles to retailers, boutiques, online sellers and bulk buyers in India and across 100+ countries.
2. Orders & Acceptance
All orders placed via our website, email, phone or WhatsApp are treated as quotation requests until confirmed in writing by our team. An order becomes a binding agreement only after we issue a written confirmation (proforma invoice) and the buyer makes the agreed advance payment.
3. Pricing
- Prices are quoted in INR or USD and are exclusive of freight, taxes, duties and packaging unless explicitly stated
- Pricing is valid for 15 days from the date of quotation unless otherwise specified
- Bulk pricing tiers apply and are confirmed at the time of quotation
- We reserve the right to revise pricing for orders placed after the quotation validity
4. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are:
- Domestic orders: 50% advance to confirm, 50% before dispatch
- International orders: 30–50% advance via bank transfer, balance against bill of lading or before dispatch
- Sample orders: 100% advance
Custom payment terms may be agreed for long-standing partners and are documented in the proforma invoice.
5. Lead Time
Lead times communicated at quotation are best estimates based on current production load. We make every effort to meet committed dispatch dates but small variations may occur due to bulk demand, raw material lead times or festival schedules.
6. Quality & Inspection
Every bangle is multi-level quality-checked before packing. Buyers are encouraged to inspect goods within 7 days of delivery. Claims raised within this window are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All photographs, design sketches, catalogue content and SPC branding are the intellectual property of Shree Parshavnath Creations. Buyers may use product photographs for their own retail listings provided SPC branding is removed only with prior written consent. Reproduction or resale under another manufacturer’s name is not permitted.
8. Custom Designs & Confidentiality
For exclusive custom designs commissioned by a buyer, we honour reasonable confidentiality terms documented at the time of order. Custom designs are not added to our general catalogue without buyer consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
SPC Fashion Art’s maximum liability for any single order shall not exceed the invoice value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses, loss of profit or business interruption arising out of the use of our products.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay arising from events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, freight strikes, civil unrest or supply-chain disruptions.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
